Can you replace the smle mag tension spring?

I just received a rather expensive smle mag from a retailer and the little tension spring on the spine is snapped off.

Is this part replaceable, or do I return this thing and looks elsewhere?

That's got a little rivet holding it on, right? I'd use a donor and if I had to make a rivet from scratch I'd get at it. Unless the mag is just an expensive common SMLE mag and they have more...

Will probably just return it. Was looking for a pre ww1 bsa marked mag, but as mentioned the tension spring arrived busted. Dealer will take it back, I’m asking if they have an alternate. Likely won’t be a bsa though. Sadly.
