A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. At that price Charlie, I would normally say NO! But given the collectibles market and the insane ammo situation, who knows? Wish I'd had the forsight to buy some of those 1080 round tins from CMP icon

a few years back!

How good of a investment that is depends on how long you wanna keep it. Across 20 years probally OK.

By that time it may not be legal to own "x" amount of ammo or we will have had to shoot it all away defending the Second Amendment. I'd buy what you can actually use, at a shooting price, today. JMHO.
