I just don't get. UPS has the best delivery tracking operation in the world. When a truck is loaded, every package is accounted for; either it is delivered (& recorded), or it is returned. If a driver were to indicate DELIVERED, but didn't really deliver an item, the company can be sure of the truck (& driver) it was last charged out to. You wouldn't think it would take that long before they started looking closely at a driver who had LOTS of claims for nondelivery.Information
