As Claven2 says, subject to seeing the cartouches, plus the serial numbers (if any) matching on inside of handguard and stock, it's a pretty close market selling price.
If that old girl had a matching bolt, as well as the bolt components matching themselves, you could add another easy $500+ on top of the selling price for any serious collector. If that was the case, I'd stick it in an auction instead of a straight sale and watch them fight over it....
These darn "all correct" and "all matching" wartime K98k's are becoming incredibly scarce and I've seen few of them come onto the U.S. market lately, let alone our very small Canadian
markeplace.

Knowing Joe is the seller, the rifle will be EXACTLY as described, buy with extreme confidence. Cannot praise Joe enough.
As far as price goes, it seems fair enough, its the first rifle of said code ive ever seen for sale, and in its condition and circumstances, we wont likely see any others.
I wish I had the cash available, but im g43 shopping...
