Is that a early IP flip sight on a Rock-ola? And Charlie my wallet hurts for you.

Charlie was the rear sight dove-tail heavily (heavenly for Inland44) staked? That was the only piece I didn’t change on my CMP
Winchester due to the staking.

Hi Curt,
Yes, it was.
I know Charlie's wallet must be stinging!

When I get the camera back I'll get a few pics of the dove tail.
The Wife and Daughter are off with it at some horse thing tonight.
I wanted to post pics tonight of the I cut Hi-wood I re-finished for it.
It was only staked on the right front......lucky for me most of the light punch mark was actually on the adj sights' base...barely hit the dovetail on the receiver. It looks more like a light rebound with the punch than a actual strike. Only reason I even considered putting a flip back on it. Not to try to fool anyone. I'm making it clear this is a Restoration.
I agree with you BB,
Why waste a real flip on a dovetail with the craters?
I bought a W code Underwood from my good buddy Eddy Yuja a while back that had a rear adj sight on it with no stake marks at all.
He missed it, said he never even looked there.
I slid it off and installed this one.....
It's the one on the Left in the picture of 3.
Cheers
Charlie

If anyone in the Dallas area bought it from a pawn shop enjoy it. My now 'EX'-Wife sold it and I can't do much about it legally.

Harlan,
Come on, give me a hint... what pawn shop did she sell it to?????????? Can you at least tell me what part of town????

Charlie, I don't know what I envy most.... you ability to make stocks look great or you ability to find all those parts!
