Loy - I couldn't tell ya which is more valuable, or which type has the fewer number made. I believe that mine is from an early run, and the market complained so much about the Colt's address and the missing USP rollmark, that it was changed. So, I don't know. I'd guess that my style has the fewer total production numbers, and might be a little more "collectable", but I think that your style has a higher "cool factor". JMHO.

And does that pistol have wood grips? Mine are plastic.

Mine had the plastic grips just like yours. I put those wooden on to see how it would like, but I think I'll put the plastics back on.

I doubt either version will rival the originals.

I hear ya, but I'm not selling mine anyway. I did take that ugly trigger off and put in a WWII vintage M1911A1 trigger, looks MUCH better now!
