Milled Reciever, Fine European Furniture & craftsmanship and larger & more robust than a Romanian or Chinese , yes these are one of the best bargans in Milsurp (My smithsonian condition Blond T-Series (1983) unissued/as new M59/66A1 was a new Rifle as far as I'm concerned and would cost much more to make today.
