AIA seem to have done a production run for No.4 MK 4 lee enfeild Rifles for the US market,it says that they only made 25 Mk4 in 2005 made.

The 'Q-Ship' of the No.4 Mk 4 model. A very heavy barreled version in full No.4 furniture with Monte Carlo stock. Twenty-five made in 2005 with a few of the free-floated types released through Master Dealers in 2005/2006 for astute collectors.
A final ten units being prepared with latest B2 accuracy tolerancing included bedded barrels.
You might need a golf buggy to take them to the firing line, but there is no recoil! Empty weight without telescope average 12.5 lbs. (nearly 5kg)!
In reality, these final No.4 Mk4 T units are M10-B2 Match units in No.4 furniture
(a wolf in sheep's clothing?) No more will be made... it was an experiment at the 'outer limits' of our heavy barrel development.

Blued metal finish, Monte Carlo stock, premium wood finish, low mount Picatinny rail, B2 accuracy tolerancing and a bedded barrel distinguish these units from our standard Parkerized low-comb stocked No.4 Mk 4.

No.4 Mk 4 SR This premium finished Sectionized Rifle model has been made for Master Dealer display and feature demonstration purposes. To be submitted to various State authorities for deactivated certification. THE ULTIMATE DISPLAY LEE-ENFIELD. Individual orders will be accepted via Master Dealers with customer delivery around three months after order placement.

Wow only 25 Mk4 made it to the USA in 2005,seems like they have made another 60 Mk4 for US market.
