Happy birthday and Merry Christmas, you old devil. I want to try that horse out as kicker for the Redskins - he would probably beat the guys we've been using. Naw, just ribbing ya - bada-bing! But seriously, folks, I'm sure it hurts Charlie to laugh, so we should just stop with the jokes already - you know, before he 'cracks up'! bada-bing! Wow, I got a million of these - and I'd trade them all for one good one!

    Charlie's Birthday

    Hey Charlie,
Today is also my wife's birthday. And ironically, she also had a bout with a horse - when a teenager, however. She didn't get kicked, but the horse ran too close down a fence line and she smashed her knee on a post. With surgery and a lot of therapy, she has done pretty good since, but still bothers her.
Hopefully, you won't have any lasting effects. We're pulling for you.
Take care. Good to have you back online.
    Reed

Don’t know what is worse, a horse, a boat or maybe a motorcycle. I have heard a boat and a horse have a lot in common when it comes to cost. A motorcycle and a horse will hurt and possibly kill you. Nah I am wrong, we do all these things to ourselves and most of the times enjoy it. Glad to see you back.

Remember, it's not that any of us are any older than the rest, it's just that some of us got here before others. Glad you are OK Charlie. Can't imagine life on the carbine forum without you. Hope you have a very nice special day.

Welcome back, Charlie! Great to see you back on the boards

Maybe we should all chip-in and a get Charlie a battle-rig lanyard for the remote, so he won't lose it again.

You're a better man than I, sir: if I had dropped the remote and had to sit through even just 20 minutes of soap operas, I feel that the TV (and any solid object within reach) would have had an "accidental collision".

    And HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
