03A3 Rem. VS. SC ? ?

Is there any reason to pick one over the other ?
I ask because I have been looking for a Rem but came across an SC.
However the SC is alot of money for me.
What should I expect to pay for an all correct near perfect SC ?

(1) SC's are more scarce. Fewer were made.

(2) SC's are more valuable.

(3) SC's are more accurate.

(4) A minty SC should fetch about $1200 or more.
