German Pecar Sniper Scopes

I wonder who bought the remaining replacement parts, reticules and scopes from Pecar when they closed down a few years ago. Does anyone have a clue?

I have no evidence to support this, but, I was told by a dealer that in fact Pecar had been 'absorbed' into one of the other German scope manufacturers so maybe the parts are still about somewhere.
A quick search of google shows nothing.
