I took a look to all those websites and the only one listing some prices is the one at top of the list.

$299 for the first line item, $149 for each additional line item on the same purchase order.
+ 5% of the value of the exported merchandise
Email for a quote for quantities of 10 or more different line items.
Note: shipping of ammunition from the U.S. in small quantities is very expensive.

That means that for a complete WWII M1 Garand Trigger Group which is assembled with 11 different parts which is about $50.00 USD value, I would spend with this agent $ 1,789.00 USD + 5% of $50 USD

I will contact some of them even if I think that for a M1 Garand Trigger Housing of $15 USD value they could tell me to go at ebay and search for an US seller who is shipping that part overseas.
And, as you can see from the two links I posted, there are some US sellers which do that without any problem.
Unfortunatly they had not the correct SA Drawing Number Trigger Housing I was looking for ...

There's no export license required for a parts shipment valued under $100. However, it still has to be lodged with the AES-ITN system prior to shipment regardless of value. A registered exporter must be registered with CBP/Census in order to receive the International Transaction Number. Lots of folks are mailing parts and pieces without an AES-ITN and they're all in violation of ITAR. BATFE has nothing to do with exports unless it's a Title II firearm, (read machine gun). All firearm exports except pre-1899 antiques and parts shipments over $100 USD are licensed by either DDTC, U.S. Dept. of State or U.S. Dept. of Commerce depending on the type of firearm and parts being exported. Thank you, Briand Dick. I saved your email address in my agenda.

I was aware of $100 USD limit since I placed many orders with Brownells and they can ship parts of arm up to that amount.

We have in Italy an import restriction for really few parts of arm : barrels, slides, frames, receivers, bolts and cylinders of revolvers. I need a special Police authorization which generally takes 2 weeks time to get redy and $ 50 USD fees before I can import those parts from other EEC countries. From no EEC countries I have no idea, I never did that before.

I understand what you are saying but BATFE and the State Dept share this jurisdiction for export. I've been shipping hazmat and other items internationally for both DOE and DOD for 25 years as my livelihood.

Bottom line is that Bizio can have the part legally shipped to him in Italy, and while it is nice to use a registered exporter, one is not REQUIRED for the transaction.

It's legal as long as it's lodged with AES. Since most regular folks aren't registered in the system, it's much easier to use someone who is. I've been exporting, (and importing), firearms and parts since 1995 so I know a little bit about it too.
