I just shipped a No1 set from Ontario to the UK
$85 CAD delivered in 4 days or $45, 4 weeks delivery time. Canada Post. UPS or DHL was in the $200 range,almost had a meltdown as I had quoted shipping at $35. Live and learn again.

Canada Post's costs are effing outrageous. It being being prepared for a sell-off like happened to the Royal Mail. To make it more palatable to the corporate raiders, home deliveries are slated to be cancelled and presumably all the letter carriers laid off/let go.
Will it be any better after being privatized? Probably not.
