So easy to spend big $'s when its not your own money I fully understand the need but boy someones killing the pig here!
Not sure where the 180,000,000 comes from?
90m divided by 11164 = 8,061 by my maths, which given likely includes optics and accessories as shown. However, I suspect the 90m is like all these new contracts, a lifetime support contract, so will include all support, spares, rebuilds, and maybe upgrades through the contract lifespan, likely 20+ years, in which case the 8k per unit is probably not excessive.
Just the thing for putting round holes in square heads.

Is it a one of with $90M and the second lot of 10,000 units falls under that initial contract as you say $90M for initial 1,640 then a further 10,000 falling under a new $90M contract!
$180,00,00 came from 1st phase $90m 2nd phase new contract $90M = that figure
Either way someones raking in the coin

From what I've read its a 90m contract for supply of initial 1164 rifles with a further delivery of 10,000.
