Mine is a bit earlier than the OP's. Has the tag under the buttplate.
Splurged and got the target sights and scope mount for it - my old eyes can't handle open sights very well.
It is accurate. Just assembled some loads today. I'm using .284 Winchester cases. Very minor reforming required.

Those are both very beautiful rifles guys. Anyone have a good load recipe for GP11 style loads?

I load with N140 and 180 grs. FMJBT bullets from S&B, but I don't think the loads are really similar to the original ones, since I have to keep the rear sight up a notch or two.
If I', not wrong the last loads I tried were 44,0 grs.
I also tried 147 hrs. FMJBT, again from S&B with 46,5 grs. of N140.
OAL I can't remember, guess I made them 78,0 mm?
Must check.
I was not pleased with the 147's, while the 180's were very good.
I'll keep trying.
