Let them sell as many rifles as possible before the Obama Administration finds a way to put a halt to it. If I had more cash now, I'd be stocking up on Garands and carbines. Carl

The last time I bought a CMP
Rifle (and that's been a while ago), that was already part of the process, unless they've done away with it like some of the other aspects of the sale procedure.

You really don't understand that the sales are there to make money to be used for the marksmanship programs. The more money they make, the more funding the programs have.
