Fertiliser bombs were said to have been used, according to media reports at the time, in some of the attacks that the IRA carried out on the U.K. mainland during the 1970's and 1980's and some did an horrendous amount of damage.

I was wondering how Americans feel about President Trump's visit to Las Vegas, yesterday, to meet some of the injured in hospital and also meet some of the emergency service workers and others who were involved in the aftermath? I, as a non American, thought that it showed that he cared about his fellow countrymen and should be appreciated, even if you don't share the same political views.
