Picked up my L42A1!!
Got my L41A1 from the seller (finally!), and I must say, the rifle is just.....
Not much in the area of accessories with it, just the scope, bracket, can, can strap and leather scope covers...and of course the transit case
When the weather gets better, I plan on a 5 rifle shootout between the Enforcer, L42A1, No4Mk1T, No4 Trials T and my No4MkI* half convert Savage...results should be interesting to say the least. the only import mark I can find on the rifle is GEMCO NJ, so was this one a Navy Arms rifle?? So without further ado, the rifle...

Looking forward to the comparo and congrats on your 'new' rifle. On a good day (for me) my L42 will go head to head with my unfinished (T) at 300 yards. The L42 isn't nearly as picky WRT ammo, tho'. I'm shooting AU surplus now that doesn't have the NATO stamp and does seem to shoot a click or two lower than '65 (Or was it '67?) US NATO spec.

You should be able to pick up the chamber stick, BUT that plastic bottle for the scope brush will be a problem as well as the mounting bracket for the IR scope and the scout regiment telescope.
