Be sure the ammo is 6.5 mm which would be the right ammo for a type 38 rifle and not 7.7mm which is for the type 99 rifles.

Ok. so i compared a round to 7.7 jap the supposed 6.5 is much shorter but the same exact diameter, causing it not to load in my 38, but will chamber but not extract in my 99, time to start sending some E-mails. maybe I will stay away from precision.

Try some Hornady ammo. Better than Norma in my rifles!
