Ross M10
Finally found a full length stock to restore my Ross but it is missing the upper handguard wood. So I will make the part.My question is what holds it down at the receiver end and second can anyone send me a picture of the screw that attaches the band mid rifle.

Hi Bob....
In the Canada - Milsurp Knowledge Library (click here), there's a 77 pic photo montage of a good example of a 1916 M10 Ross MkIII* (click here).
Are there any of those pics that help you out?
Regards,
Badger

I'll have to take a closer look at my No1 to see how the brass pins work on it. Obviousy whatever the pins run through under the handguard, I don't have. Thanks for the link, saw it before but just realized it had a large photo collection.

Yup, all our Knowledge Library entries will have a link, or an icon like the one below, which takes members to a much larger and more detailed photo montage display of any piece piece being dicussed. It helps reduce the graphics in the main MKL display, so people can focus on the textual research part of the entry's content.
