Need some help with trigger disassembly problem

I detailed stripped a Garand trigger assembly today and when I got it all back together, it wasn't working after I cocked it...and I could not get it to dry fire, so I pulled the pins and now...totally stuck.

Any suggestions on what to do now, how to get it apart?

You shouldn't have pulled both pins at once. The hammer needs to be forward before stripping. You may need to use a slave pin( drift) to put the pins back in place. That would be inserted from the opposite side the pin goes in. Stripping the firing mech takes some practice. After you get the pins back in, remove the trigger first and it will come up and out to the rear. That takes the pressure off the hammer spring and hammer. Right now the safety catch on the left of the hammer is engaged in the safety. If you pull forward on the trigger it will hinge downward a bit to get the pin back in. Then push down on the front of the hammer with a flat blade screwdriver to get the holes to line up. Remember you're going to be fighting that spring. This one's going to have you sweating before you're done but then you'll understand it.

As already suggested put a punch etc in front trigger guard hole and try and work it back into place. You need to get pins back where they belong

I would be guessing the trigger guard's hammer cocking "bend" managed to get on the wrong side of the little extention on the bottom of the hammer. Not easy to do, but it would freeze up the works.
