Not intended as a correction, but for clarification...the holster is not marked RIA on the back. Several of these M1912 holsters were private purchased by military reserve officers and used while on active duty.
The belt is an early Mills. It is marked on the end. The magazine pocket is a WWI-dated Mills. I thought of Rick and the 1914 Colt. This rig and that Colt were a great match. Both show honest wear. That rig just belonged with a nice, original pre-1916 mfg. M1911.
