1917 rear sight question
I have a 1917 Remington rifle that is equipped with a "Goss" rear sight. It is not a "Marble Goss". This sight has adjustable windage. Has anyone seen any like this? Gary

most of the Goss rear sights you see around are for the Springfield 1903, they kind of look like the
Lyman No 57 rear sight
Some shooters have modified the Browning BAR 1918A2 rear sight to use on the M1917 rifle too

I found a photo of a Goss rear sight that replaces the cut-off on the Model 1903, it would appear that Marble bought out Goss ?
