How to replace an M17 extractor
Does anyone have any photo's ( step by step if possible) or videos on how to put on/replace an extractor on an Eddystone M17 bolt. I bought the extractor but do not want to damage it by being clumsy or forcing it. The bolt is complete apart from that. Any advice appreciated

The ejector is located in the bolt stop that releases the bolt from receiver. Here's a complete disassembly guide. Pertinent steps are #60-65, then #91-97

Very simple, Rotate the extractor to the bottom of the bolt until it's free of the groove. Yes, you'll have to slightly force it out but with rotational force only. Once it's free of the groove push or lightly tap the extractor from the rear, forward off the bolt.
Reassembly is in the reverse, but You'll have to force the extractor back on to the bolt body. It'll be apparent to you, use a piece of wood to gently pry the extractor over the bolt face.
