    LOW NUMBERED 1903"s

What is the real scoop on the low numbered 1903"s. I've heard the warnings, but the rifles are pulled out of service after soldiers used them and now they are dangerous. I also hear that shooters use them and that there is potential danger when using any bolt action of the older used variety. ie milsurp. I welcome any feed back , factual or opinionated.
