PRC made 6.5 Japanese Ammo, Korean War Era

Here are two photos of twenty rounds of People's Republic of China made ammo for the Japanese rifles they used in Korea. I'm no expert, but I believe the head stamp gives the following information:

65 = 6.5mm. 51 = Type 51. D53 = year of manufacture (1953). 10 = factory code.
