    Pharmacist faces charges in shooting........

Some say it's vigilante justice. I say the pharmacist was completely justified in shooting the perp and then completing eliminating the threat. After the guy was shot the first time and was laying there on the floor he did try to get up and that's when the pharmacist shot him again. Lot of the media fail to mention that little fact. The pharmacist had not only himself to defend but also that of two employees.

Then let him convince a jury of his peers to agree with both of you! It looks enough like murder on the surface to give it to the justice system....what's wrong with that?

I saw the Q&A with the district attorney and it doesn't look good. The pharmacist walked past the kid twice after he was down, turning his back to him, indicating there was no threat. He then called police, got a different pistol (the .380) and went back and finished the job. According to the police investigation and autopsy, the deceased was on his back when shot, and was unarmed.

The other thing is, this guy claimed that a bullet grazed his arm, although the DA stated that the evidence showed that no shots were fired by the suspects.
