    Magazine Follower Tabs

Just got my first Enfield and this tab on the mag Follower doesnt look right. Looks like it should be bent down? If it is bent wrong what are the chances of it bending the other way without breaking : )
    Thanks.

The tab at the back should be bent UPWARDS, at a little over 90 degrees. This is to prevent the rim of the first round in the magazine slipping rearwards over the back of the platform and jamming in the magazine.
Like someone else has already mentioned. Try feeding from the magazine with 10 drill rounds. If it ain't broke, then don't try to fix it
