Need help IDing and obtaining 03a3 stock hardware

I just acquired a Remington 03a3 SN 4133321 with RA 12-43 barrel. It has a USGI straight stock. Unfortunately, however, the previous owner sporterized the stock by sawing it off about 8 and one half inches forward of the front receiver ringe and liminating the top handguard. See pics below.

I have a new straight stock with handguard coming but it is without any hardware. I will be posting a WTB on this forum for the hardware needed to properly install the new stock and handguard.

From a 03a3 schematic I found, it appears I will need the following:
    upper band
    upper band screw
    stacking swivel band
    stacking swivel screw
    lower band
    sling swivel screw
    sling swivel
    guard screw front
    handguard ring

I'm hoping all these parts can be summed up by referring to two "assemblies" that would include them all. If so, these would be what I would advertised to buy. But I have no idea what they would be called.

The stock on the rifle now has the buttplate and rear bottomside sling "ring" and attaching mount band with 2 screws. No other hardware. Will need the rest. And, I'll be looking for USGI parts around the 1943 time frame.

Any and all help you folks can give me to help me know what to purchase will be greatly appreciated.
