Is this trigger housing usable or out of spec (pics included)

so i bought this trigger housing that was supposedly "new in wrap." it looked new and i believe it was NOS, however the part is extremely defective. the pressure pads/rails are not even remotely close to parallel, they are off by almost 1/10 of an inch. it is like it is "twisted."

as we all know this is one of the most critical areas in M1icon accuracy.

If this was to end up in a u.s. military armorers hands i think it would be tossed as being out of spec.

here are some pictures, because there is no amount of words that can describe this better than pictures:

what are your opinions. is this usable, or should it be sent back?

Yes send it back and request a replacement. Your link to the rest of the pictures does not work.

I've seen floorplates bent like that before. I've also seen stocks worn/compressed on the bottom at an angle to give the same appearance as a bent floorplate.

Be aware that there are many dealers out there that list parts as NOS when in fact what they have are arsenal repacks of reconditioned/refinished parts, nothing new about them other than the reparked finish and packaging.
