    Looking for mosin nagant furniture

I'm looking to restore a mosin nagant to "as issued" condition. My rifle has a hex reciever and a long barrel. If any one can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it. I live near Edmonton Alberta., Mil arm had no parts last time I checked.
    Thanks

Did you check in the back at Mil Arm? I saw a bunch of old stocks back there when I was looking for a sporter stock for my M44. They also have spare bolts and other trigger and magazine parts, but you got to search in the back cabinets.

Two places to look: One go to CanadianGunNutz (CGN) and check out the Equipment Exchange forums (EE).

Also try Gunboards.com. You can post in the Want to Buy forum and also you might get away with posting in the main Collector's Forum - Mosin Nagent HQ. Check the Sellers forum on Gunboards too.

You probably want to check out Mosin-Nagent.net and 7.62x54R.net for info on what you have and what you need to restore it to "as issued".

Another place to try might be Numrich in the states. They might have what your looking for. Good luck!
