1905 Enfield ShtLE MkI***

This is my latest restoration project. I picked this up as a sporter, but the bolt is complete, matches the rifle, and it has the early magazine. I picked up a forend from Ebay that turned out to be a Lithgow from a DP rifle as it still has the remains of the yellow paint. It's not perfect, but it's better. The handguards came from Numrich and were in new condition. The upper handguard was unfinished and is either repro or NOS. It needed a lot of fitting to get the band on. Sadly, the rear volley sight was milled off, but it made the stock fitting easier.
