    .311 expander for Mosin

I have the lyman 7.62X54r dies and want to use a .311 jacketed bullet to put into the winchester brass. The lyman dies come with a .308 expander but i dont want to crush the neck on the brass. I was reading it up and it looks like a lot of people use the 303 british expander, but i cant find a link to buying just the expander to put into the dies. If anyone ha s a link to where i can find just the expander for the lyman dies that would be great. thanks!
