    This is one of my favorite pictures of USGI gear. Look at all the color differences - OD3, OD7, same pants different hues. It's one of the things that when you look at a group of modern reenactors they all look exactly the same trying to look real and in reality there was a lot of variation.

    Yeah, I noticed that everyone looks like he's modeling the same fresh ODs for a Sear catalog while in period pics you'd rarely see any two guys with identical rigs.
