Sadly, due to it being in Canada, no capture papers, but one of my good friends owns a gun shop and it was walked in as an estate item. Of course, it never made it into the display cabinet
I've had a good many P38's and it's uncommon to find one with a matching magazine - most mags were never stamped after 1941 or so from what I've seen.
This one had about 70-75% original finish remaining - most lost finish is on the front grip strap. Bore about an 8 out of 10 - sharp and crisp with a few minor spots of very light pitting. Very shootable and under a quick glance it looks pristine.
