Got a pretty nice No 4 mk 1 of the M shooters board a couple of weeks ago. Spent some time and cleaned it up and am fairly happy with it. Appears to be a Malty bolt and just needed an extractor spring. Serial # is too faded to read so no clue as to original Manufacturer although it does not appear (from what I can see) to match. I slugged the barrel and it comes out .308 on the lands Isn't that small for an Enfield? are cooper jacketed .311 projectiles safe for that size? I do cast also but nothing that small. Wanted to get your opinions in this. Thanks...
