On my grandfather's death old firearms were found wrapped up in the ceiling.
One was an old rusted 5 shot revolver with a seven sided barrel. It well worn but it appears 'GILKS & CO TOWER HILL LONDON' is stamped into the frame of the revolver above the cylinder with a fine decorative border around the frame edge. I hope someone has somemore information on the type of revolver. No one alive in my family is aware of any of the history of this revolver. Thankyou for any assistanceInformation
