Just did a test under your user name and was able to upload and add a pic without any problems.

You still have space left as a free Registered member, so I don't know why you'd be having any difficulties.

For attachments stored on the system, perhaps the pic you're trying to attach is too large? I think graphics file types (.JPG) need to be less than 200k in size.

Check that and resize them if necessary, using any free public program (Microsoft has one).
