New RMC from GB.......Broken Stock !!!

I recently bought a nice looking 6 million serial number range Rock-Ola from GunBroker. The seller didn't give much info or photos but I had a good feeling about it. So I did a "Buy Now" purchase. Well.............The Carbine arrived and it is mostly Rock-Ola parts with a RMC highwood stock. Unfortunately the stock was broken while being shipped. Now I am waiting for the seller and UPS to make it right. Where can I get another RMC stock ???

Looks like a nice clean fixable break. How did that happen during shipping? Was the action out of the stock when it was shipped? Would be interesting to see the box it came in.

I bought a Saginaw and when it arrived USPS the stock had a big crack almost like that. Fortunately it was a beat up M2 stock and I was gonna replace it anyway.

The box was not damaged that bad. Looks like a little compression damage on one end only. I think the seller did not have enough bubble wrap etc... and the Carbine slide in the box and impacted the bottom of box when it impacted the floor.

I'm sorry but I think there's more to it than that. I don't beleive that happened to that stock while in THAT box. Good luck on the replacement.

Wow. That took some serious hit. Looks to me like there may be a fold in the middle of the box. Does the barrel look straight? I bought a barrel a couple years ago and when UPS delivered it one end of the mailing tube had been run over by a vehicle tire. You could see the tread marks. Good luck.
