Does anyone know what type of jackets they're wearing in this photo? M41 or M43?

As bugler, I have spoken to a few WW2 buglers who said they turned their bugle in or sent them home before being deployed.

MM they look like they could be wearing HBT jackets. Look at the cuff of the left soldier. I don't think M43's were being issued yet.
