Where can I find the list of M1 Carbine serial numbers that are C&R?

All M1 carbines (US Milsurp) are C&R

Yup, all GI carbines are C&R. It has to be the complete gun, barreled receivers are not eligible.

Commercial carbines over 50 years old are C&R

If you need, you might check Jim Mock's site m1carbinesinc.com for info which might help narrow when a particular serial number might have been manufactured. I don't think you will find any published "list" like you are seeking. Life would be just too easy.

You have to prove that a commercail carbine was made 50 years ago. There are a few that are but most are still to young to make the 50 year mark. But as said any USGI made carbines are C&R. The only other ones are the Howa made carbines for Thailand.
