Early M3A1 tool
This is an early M3A1 tool using the type 1 blade with a notch cut for the pin punch.I'm not certain however if the brush is original or a replacement. It looks like a brush from an MAS French
made tool.I've emailed Mr. Ricca to get his opinion about the brush. The tool appears new and never used.

I believe there was a thread that Bill Ricca did about the way to tell. The end is soldered I think.

I answered his email. He has an early WWII M3A1* with an after war French
brush.
* I am still not sure it is an early model. Some of the characteristics of that type of tool make me think it might be a tool made up by a depot from spare parts (excluding that brush). It too long to go into.
