Ria auction

I was wondering if any of you guys ever buy anything from Rock Island Auction Co.
I am always leary of these kind of places because I may get ( BURNT ) and I can't afford that.
Why do they put 2 or more Carbines or a Carbine and a M1 GARAND in 1 lot.
Any HELP will be appreciated.
