Anticipating arrival of first Enfield next week and would like to get it ready to go to the range. Besides the once over mechanical and eye inspection including bore, are there any other items to verify. Im guessing headspace is the only other thing to check.

Any recommendations on GO/No Go gauges. I have used a set of Clymer gauges from Brownell's for my Garands. Same process for Enfields?
