Cabelas has listed surplus Yugo icon

8mm Mausers in their weekly add this week. Not a bad deal at $269 as it includes a bayonet, scabbard, sling and cleaning kit. The ad does not say specifically what model they are. The one in the tiny ad photo is showing one with a straight handle in the white bolt and a front sight cover

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Saw an M48 at Cabelas in Dundee MI a few weeks ago for that same price. It was in beautiful condition, appearing to be in original, not refurbished condition. No mention of all those accessories.
