Not Allowed To post answers or quote a post and answer

For some reason when I log on and attempt to reply to a post, the message comes up that I am not allowed to reply. Why? Is there something wrong here or is it me? In WTT - WTS

ArizonaBeagle, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

That's quite kind of you! It was an astounding request in a way, because they were sold at retail full of ammo and chargers for US$5 not long ago!
