Wink HMAS WARRAMUNGA Wooden GUN Chest

Hi the timber top is a tan cream colour. It has HMAS WARRAMUNGA B2/8 037 FROM S.A.S.Q SYDNEY stencilled on the top.The rest of the outside of the chest is green. on one end it has 21112013 and GUN stencilled.I have seen rifle chests in pictures for No4 T sniper Rifle and it is exactly the same with exactly the same latches. It has various compartments and pullout sliders.Have tried fitting a 303 in it and it doesn't fit. Also tried a Jungle carbine and it fits almost as the lid only just pushes down.Thought it may hod a Owen machine gun or something like that?Any ideas?I tried downloadig a photo but it wouldn't work.

It's a Bren chest with the barrel removed. They were also done this way for South Africa and then later for the 7.62mm conversion in SA.

The big chests are for the No1 Mk. III rifles need any ???? Mind you the shipping from Canadaicon would be a "bit much". Also have a couple of Long Branch chests that are going to go
