What to do with Magazine Articles
I had a big pile of magazines sitting around that I was tired of sitting around. So today I pulled out all the pages of the articles that I wanted, Milsurps of course. The end result is a half inch thick stack of pages.
What I've done with them in the past is put them in the clear sheet protectors and put them in a notebook but these things are covered in ads.
Anyone do anything with these, scanning them cropping them, etc? What's the end result?

I also have stacks of magazines but I don't have the heart to cut them up. What I did was I went to my local Target Store and bought Magazine Holders. They are a fold out box where you can store your magazines vertically . Then you can then stick them on a shelf.

When I was shopping for a barrel I noticed "Match" barrels . I just wanted a standard carbine barrel, as issued type. I don't expect much out of a carbine pin point accuracy wise but I guess they did take out "Bugsy" Siegel out with 2 Carbine rounds to the eyes .

I have never been one to tear apart magazines so I can relate but I've reached a point in my life where I'm desperately trying to downsize and I have no interest in anything but the military surplus aspects of these magazines. I took the whole lot of magazines to the recycling yesterday and they are going to benefit the Ronald McDonald House so I felt pretty good doing it. I have 50 years worth of National Geographics in the attic that I have on DVD now but I'm still reluctant to get rid of them. Something about holding it in my hands I suppose but I have to do something. I do not want to turn into one of those hoarders you see on TV.
I think I'm going to try scanning them into my computer and cropping the adds out and reformatting them somehow.
