Hodgdon HS-7 .45acp load data wanted

I have a can of HS-7 powder. I would like to use it for 230gr cast bullets for .45acp or cast bullets for .38spl/357 magnum. Any one have any load data available for this powder?

Hodgdon doesn't show loads for .45 with 230 gr bullet and HS 7. Neither do they show load recommendations for .38/.357... this link... http://data.hodgdon.com/main_menu.asp Just follow it through.

I believe that the powder is out of production so the web site no longer shows any load data for it. On the container it lists a max load for the 45 colt, 250 gr bullet, 14gr load developes 900fps.
My Lee reloading manual lists HS-7 with a burn rate of 33 which is what they list Accurate #7 at. I am looking to use it for plinking loads and was wondering if anyone had any past experiance with it.
    Thanks for your time.

If the container shows you a load, it will be safe. My only worry would be as you say, it's out of production...so how old is this product? What shape is it? I was just trying to illustrate that they no longer show it's use. I have a Lyman #45 and I think it was printed 1970. Here's a page from a group that may help. Reloader's Nest Forum - Hogdon HS-7 powder compared to HS-6

If you read the whole thing you'll find some usable advise there.
