I think the TC should turn that big old Ma Deuce on whatever they are shooting at.

Amusing comment, but the "TC" is observing something through binoculars, and it is the loader that is manning the M2 caliber-.50. From the orientation of the TC, and the loader, and main gun, they're more interested in detecting something further down the road, like enemy armor.
